Terms and Conditions — batpkr Pakistan Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batpkr ("batpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at batpkr.biz. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of batpkr — including placing bets, participating in games, or claiming bonuses — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use batpkr. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. batpkr strongly recommends checking this page regularly so you stay informed about any changes that may affect your account or gameplay.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of batpkr regardless of their location. References to currency mean Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

To register and use batpkr you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. batpkr does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from batpkr or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of a batpkr employee involved in platform operations or odds-setting.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on batpkr. Duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended and any balance or winnings in the duplicate account will be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. batpkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC — to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or suspended.

batpkr may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batpkr login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

batpkr will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from batpkr and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your batpkr account — not one used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings where available.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify batpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All deposits and withdrawals on batpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batpkr does not charge players any fees on deposits or withdrawals — any charges applied by your payment provider (bank transfer fees, wallet transaction fees) are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account. batpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in other persons' names, or accounts linked to a different individual from the registered batpkr account holder.

batpkr reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC documents including CNIC copy) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC verification is pending will be held until verification is complete. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively from their account settings to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

Where a bonus has been applied to a deposit, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full before that portion of the balance is eligible for withdrawal. The withdrawal section of your batpkr account will clearly show your current withdrawable balance versus any bonus-restricted balance at all times.

batpkr runs promotions for registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, free spins and tournament prizes. Each promotion on batpkr is subject to its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read alongside these General Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Players found to be exploiting bonuses — through matched betting, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse patterns or coordinated group play — will have their bonus balance removed and may have their accounts suspended.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, batpkr bonuses are limited to one per player, per household and per payment method.
• Welcome bonuses apply to your first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not attract the welcome bonus rate regardless of the amount deposited.
• batpkr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Promotions already credited to an account will remain subject to the terms that were in place when the promotion was claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date shown on the promotion. Uncompleted bonus balances expire after the stated period and are removed from your account automatically.

All sports and esports bets placed on batpkr are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for cricket, PSL, esports and other sports are published within each respective section of the batpkr platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once batpkr has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets shown as "pending" are not yet confirmed.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet on batpkr is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds changes: For pre-match markets, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be confirmed — not the odds at a later time. For live betting markets, odds are subject to change at any moment and a bet placed may be confirmed at different odds if the market moves between selection and confirmation.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided by batpkr in circumstances including: a match cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, or where information indicates a sporting event's integrity was compromised. Void bets have their stakes returned in full to the player's batpkr wallet.
• Manifest errors: batpkr reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing mistake or human error, regardless of whether the bet has settled. Where possible, batpkr will notify affected players promptly.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections within an accumulator are voided, the remaining selections stand and the payout is recalculated accordingly.

For cricket betting specifically, batpkr follows the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the relevant league authority). In the case of a match abandoned due to weather, DLS method results are accepted as final where the governing body has declared an official result.

batpkr's casino section — including jackpot slots, live baccarat, Ludo and other games — operates under the following rules. Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface and should be reviewed before play.

• All casino and live game outcomes on batpkr are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by the physical action of licensed live dealers using physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice). batpkr does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed on the game's information panel. Live games display the house edge applicable to each bet type. batpkr publishes these figures transparently so players can make informed decisions.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand, the game engine will complete the hand according to the applicable game rules. Any resulting outcome — win or loss — will stand. batpkr is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues outside the platform's control.
• Ludo games on batpkr are played against other registered human players. batpkr does not use bots or AI opponents in its real-money Ludo tables. Results are determined by certified RNG for dice rolls.

batpkr is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment, not as a source of income. We actively encourage all players to set personal limits and to use the tools batpkr provides to keep their gaming within a healthy, affordable budget.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered batpkr players from the Account Settings section at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you of how long you have been playing and the net result of your session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily disable your account for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 weeks). The cool-off takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from batpkr. Contact our support team to request permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, this cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

batpkr will never attempt to persuade a player to reverse a responsible gaming limit or self-exclusion request. The following actions are strictly prohibited on batpkr. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access games or interact with the batpkr platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in games, including Ludo, poker or any other multi-player format on batpkr.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets with insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Money laundering — depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity, regardless of whether winnings are made.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits on batpkr.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback dispute with your payment provider after a legitimate transaction has been processed by batpkr. Any account found to have initiated a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and the amount under dispute will be offset against any balance in the account.
• Attempting to access, tamper with or reverse-engineer any part of batpkr's platform, databases, software or infrastructure.

All content on batpkr — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, graphics, text, odds data, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials and the batpkr brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of batpkr or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, publish or create derivative works from any batpkr content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of publicly accessible batpkr content (such as sharing a screenshot of a winning bet for personal social media) is generally permitted provided it does not misrepresent batpkr or its services.

Game content and software supplied by third-party studio providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. batpkr operates under licence agreements for all third-party game content. Any misuse of third-party game content may result in separate legal action by the content owner.

batpkr collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on batpkr you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy. Key points:

• batpkr collects your registration information, payment details, betting activity and device/session data for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations and improving the platform.
• batpkr does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways. batpkr does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
• KYC documents submitted for identity verification are stored securely and used only for verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting support@batpkr.biz.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpkr's total liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

batpkr is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or opportunity due to technical interruption, server downtime, network failure or any circumstances outside batpkr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to rely on information displayed on batpkr that is subject to error or delay.

Nothing in these Terms limits batpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence or death and personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.

batpkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• The player has provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• batpkr has reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• The player has initiated a chargeback against a genuine batpkr transaction.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• batpkr is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and its balance is restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is terminated for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will always be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily (not as a responsible gaming measure) may do so by contacting batpkr support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn via the player's registered withdrawal method before closure.

batpkr may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, batpkr will notify registered players by email and/or by an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where possible. For changes required by law or regulation, the change may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you disagree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using batpkr and close your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of batpkr after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. batpkr operates under its applicable licensing jurisdiction and complies with the regulations of that jurisdiction in relation to online gaming and betting services.

Any dispute between a player and batpkr that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team should be escalated in writing to support@batpkr.biz. batpkr will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
