A "Natural" is when the first two cards dealt to either hand total 8 or 9. A Natural 9 is the highest possible starting hand, and a Natural 8 wins unless the opposing hand also has 8 or 9. When a Natural is dealt, no third card is drawn and the result is determined immediately.
