Account & Registration

Visit the Register page on batpkr, fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and province, set a strong password and tick the mandatory agreements. Email verification takes about one minute. Once your email is confirmed, your batpkr account is fully active and you can make your first PKR deposit. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.

Yes — you must be at least 18 years old to register and play on batpkr. This is a hard rule, no exceptions. batpkr verifies age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and any deposits made are returned. If you are a parent concerned about a young person accessing batpkr, contact support@batpkr.biz straight away.

No — batpkr strictly allows one account per player. If you create a duplicate account, both accounts will be suspended without warning and any bonus funds in either account will be forfeited. If you have lost access to an old batpkr account, contact our support team to recover it rather than registering again. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically through device fingerprinting, IP matching and payment method verification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification. batpkr requires KYC before processing any withdrawal request. You will need to submit a clear photo of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and in some cases a selfie holding your CNIC. Once approved — usually within a few hours — your account is verified for all future withdrawals. Completing KYC early means faster first withdrawals. Submit documents from Account Settings at any time after registering.

Log in to your batpkr account, go to Account Settings and select "Personal Details". You can update your mobile number or email from there. For security reasons, changing a registered contact detail triggers a verification step — you will be sent a confirmation code to both the old and new contact. If you no longer have access to the old mobile number or email, contact support@batpkr.biz with your CNIC details for manual verification.

Deposits & Payments

batpkr accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR — no foreign currency fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are the fastest, typically credited to your batpkr wallet in under 30 seconds. The minimum deposit on batpkr is Rs 100 via Easypaisa or JazzCash. For card deposits (Visa/Mastercard) the minimum is Rs 500, and for IBFT bank transfers it is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit cap set by batpkr for standard accounts, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transaction limits. All minimums are in PKR with no conversion fees charged by batpkr.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually appear in your batpkr wallet within 30 seconds. Card deposits can take up to 5 minutes and IBFT transfers up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. If your deposit has not arrived after these timeframes, check that the transaction was actually debited from your account (check your Easypaisa/JazzCash transaction history). If money left your account but did not arrive in batpkr, contact support@batpkr.biz with the transaction reference number and the deposit amount in PKR. batpkr will trace and credit the payment.

batpkr does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you transfer from Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank is the amount credited to your batpkr wallet — Rs for Rs. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, your bank, etc.) may charge their own standard transaction fees depending on your account type with them, but batpkr itself applies no deposit processing fee to any payment method.

Withdrawals

Once your withdrawal request is approved by batpkr, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. IBFT bank transfers take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Card withdrawals can take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. KYC verification must be completed before batpkr processes any withdrawal — accounts with pending KYC will have withdrawals held until documents are verified. Complete KYC in advance to avoid delays.

The minimum withdrawal on batpkr is Rs 500 via Easypaisa or JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfer the minimum is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal amounts must be in PKR and can only be sent to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on batpkr or that is registered under your verified account name. batpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being declined on batpkr include: incomplete KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met (bonus funds must complete their wagering cycle before withdrawal), a withdrawal amount exceeding your verified withdrawable balance, or a mismatch between your account name and the destination payment account. batpkr will notify you of the specific reason via email. Contact support if you believe a withdrawal was declined in error.

Betting & Games

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example: if batpkr credits you Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw any winnings generated from that bonus. No — bonus funds on batpkr cannot be withdrawn immediately. They must first complete the wagering requirement (rollover) defined in the specific bonus terms. Your real-money PKR balance (cash deposits) is always separate from bonus funds and is withdrawable at any time regardless of bonus status, as long as KYC is complete and there are no active responsible gaming restrictions in place.

Account Security

Act immediately: change your batpkr password right away via the Login page (use "Forgot password?" if you are locked out), then email support@batpkr.biz with the subject "Unauthorised Account Access". batpkr's security team will freeze active sessions from unrecognised devices, review login logs and investigate. Also change the password on the email account linked to batpkr as that is a common secondary attack point. Do not delay — report it the moment you suspect unauthorised access.

Never. batpkr staff will never ask for your account password under any circumstances — not by email, not in live chat, not by phone.
